We will always endeavour to pack and dispatch your skin care supplies as quickly as possible after receipt of your payment. If there are unexpected delays we will be in touch promptly to advise timelines and options.
The majority of orders are sent via Team Global Express, Mainfreight or Australia Post, with a one to seven day delivery timetable depending on your location. All shipping costs are calculated at check out for you, which will give you the choice of who you wish to use. If you wish to organise your own shipping or collect from Taylors Beach please liase with us to make this happen for you.
Once your order is booked for collection we will email you your tracking number, so you will always know where your item/s are, and what the estimated date of delivery is.
PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY EXTRA’S
A $20 + GST will be charged on all parcels that need redelivering. To avoid this charge please leave an ATL (Authority To Leave) in the comments section of the check out page, so our staff can put this on the delivery labels.
